The property, belonging to Tariq Ahmad Mir of Maldeera village, was seized under provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) as part of an ongoing investigation into militant financing and support structures. Notices were pasted on the premises by NIA personnel and local police to mark the attachment.
