A newsagent in the South West town of Collie is riding an extraordinary run of luck after celebrating its second Lotto win and a top scratchie prize in just two weeks.

A lucky local punter was one of eight who took a share in Saturday Lotto’s first division prize on the weekend, earning a cool $800,000.

The winning ticket was sold at Reuben’s News, and follows a division one-winning ticket from the weekend before, that earned $2.16 million.

“This is our third big win in the last two weeks — after a Saturday Lotto win last weekend, and a scratchie top prize of $100,000 the week before,” manager Paul Reuben said.

“It’s been all fun and games among the staff, guessing who sold the winning ticket.
