Abdul Carter named PFF's Rookie of the Week

The Giants' pass rush showed how dominant the unit can be in the team's Week 4 win over the Chargers, led by the breakout performance of first-year outside linebacker Abdul Carter.

Pro Football Focus announced their weekly honors , which included the Giants' young outside linebacker being named Rookie of the Week.

"The No. 3 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft had the best game of his young career in the Giants' win over the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday," wrote PFF's Gordon McGuinness. "On the field for 35 pass-rush snaps, he recorded eight total pressures — including five quarterback hits — and earned a 92.1 PFF pass-rush grade."
