A man has astonishingly lived to tell the tale after a terrifying 11,000-foot fall when his parachute malfunctioned during a skydiving experience on his "dream holiday" in the US. Mitchell Deakin, 24, was tandem jumping with an instructor over the Nevada desert when catastrophe hit. ‌
