Going through my Aunt Joan’s residence after she passed, we found lots of letters. So much mail. One letter addressed to Joan from decades earlier was from my great uncle Denny, who was a priest. I was always slightly scared of him growing up because he was just so majestic and, you know, priest-y . So this card would surely be good advice — and I noticed it was dated shortly after her husband died tragically. I opened up the envelope slowly, ready to be enlightened.
