Sydney Sweeney is enjoying spending time with Scooter Braun.

"She's having fun with Scooter and enjoys dating him," a source close to the Euphoria actress, 28, tells PEOPLE, more than three weeks after PEOPLE first reported that the pair are "casually" dating.

According to the source, Sweeney "had a great time celebrating her birthday with" Braun, the 44-year-old record executive and Justin Bieber's former manager. Sweeney turned 28 on Sept. 12.

"He's easy to be around and an intriguing guy," the source adds of Braun. "[Sweeney] is back to work now though. She feels very blessed to have such an amazing career. She's very focused and super hard working."
