Three people are dead after a disturbance between two groups turned into a late-night shooting in northwest Indianapolis.
Just before midnight Sept. 29, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers received a report about a shooting in the 4500 block of Guion Road near the intersection of Ansar Lane in the Snacks-Guion Creek neighborhood, according to police. More: Indianapolis homicide tracker 2025
When officers arrived, they found one person outside with a gunshot wound and two people shot in a nearby vehicle.
Emergency medical personnel pronounced two of the people dead at the scene and transported the third person to a nearby hospital, where they died a short time later.
Police are still investigating the shooting and have not announced a suspect or arrest in the case.
