Prosecutors in the murder case against Brian Walshe , the Cohasset man who allegedly killed and dismembered his wife, want a judge to implement a buffer zone keeping demonstrators a distance from the courthouse if they show up during his murder trial, records show.
The request was contained in a motion prosecutors filed Friday in Norfolk Superior Court, where Walshe is slated to go to trial on Oct. 20.
