The Los Angeles Rams' 88-yard game-winning touchdown pass by Matthew Stafford to Tutu Atwell was the longest one from scrimmage within the last two minutes of the fourth quarter since 1960. It would also mark the longest game-winning touchdown pass of any kind in the last two minutes since 1960 as well.

The Philadelphia Eagles improved to 4-0 for the third time in the last four seasons. With a blocked field goal touchdown in Week 3 and a blocked punt touchdown in Week 4, the Eagles became the fourth team since 2000 with a blocked field goal or punt return touchdown in consecutive games.

The Buffalo Bills are 4-0 for the fifth time since 1990, and the first time since 2020. The Bills, from Week 11 of the 2023 season through Week 4, are the fourth team ever to win 14 consecutive home regular-season games and score at least 24 points in each of those games.

Pittsburgh Steelers edge rusher T.J. Watt (111) passed Pro Football Hall of Famer DeMarcus Ware (110.5) with the second-most sacks recorded in a player's first 125 games played since 1982. The year the sack became an official stat.

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson is now tied at second with Julio Jones, having 35 100-yard receiving games within his first six seasons. They now trail only Pro Football Hall of Famer Randy Moss (38) on the list.

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is now the fastest player ever to throw 250 touchdown passes. He has completed the feat in (116) games and surpassed Aaron Rodgers, who accomplished it in (121) games.

Las Vegas Raiders rookie running back Ashton Jeanty is the third rookie running back ever with at least 100 rushing yards, a rushing touchdown, and 2 touchdown receptions in a single game.

Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson became the fifth running back in the Super Bowl era to have at least 100 receiving yards in two of the team's first four games of the season.

Detroit Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs, who will turn 24 years old after the 2025 season, has 30 career rushing touchdowns and has become the seventh running back in the Super Bowl era with at least 30 rushing touchdowns before his 24th birthday.
