In a build-up towards the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, Trans-Tasman rivals New Zealand and Australia will fight it out for the Chappell-Hadlee Trophy. New Zealand host Australia for a three-match T20I series, which starts off with an exciting opening game at the Bay Oval in Mount Maunganui on Wednesday, October 1.
With a number of incumbents absent, the series presents the two teams an opportunity to test their squad depths ahead of the T20 World Cup.
