Punjab Soil & Water Conservation Minister, Sh. Barinder Kumar Goyal, today emphasized that promotion of micro irrigation systems is the need of the hour to save the fast-depleting groundwater resources of the state and to enhance crop productivity, especially in potato cultivation.
