LEXINGTON - Under ordinary circumstances, Garry Frank isn’t one for reminiscing.

His job, serving as the elected district attorney for Davie and Davidson counties, doesn’t allow for a whole lot of looking back.

A rather large decision, however, announcing that he would not run for a seventh four-year term in 2026, allowed Frank to take a few minutes to consider the events that had transpired since he was first elected in 1998.
