Is Lamar Jackson out for the season? Viral social media post confuses Ravens fans with elimination vibes

Anytime a big event happens in the sports world these days, it's safe to expect some parody posts about it, too.

The latest is Lamar Jackson's injury, which kept him out for most of the second half of the Baltimore Ravens ' loss Sunday to the Kansas City Chiefs .

It has spawned a variety of untrue posts on social media.

Some are proclaiming that the Ravens have been mathematically eliminated from the playoffs, which is simply not true. At 1-3, it's not an ideal start, but they've still got 13 games to play.

Jackson's injury is more concerning because a hamstring problem can linger. But it's also not as bad as some posts are saying.
