Former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler is reportedly behind bars.

The 42-year-old, the ex-husband of Kristin Cavallari, is serving a DUI sentence in Tennessee but should be out this week.

According to records cited by the Daily Mail, the former QB was booked into Williamson County Jail on Monday morning, where he is to serve four days following a guilty plea to a misdemeanor DUI charge in August.

Cutler was arrested after allegedly running into another vehicle from the back last October and was said to show signs of inebriation, including bloodshot eyes and slurred speech, while officers also smelled alcohol on his breath.

He is reported to have refused a sobriety test after offering the other driver $2,000 to keep police out of it and allow him to drive away.
