Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, revealed he plans to call her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, and her former friend Brandi Glanville as part of their ongoing divorce, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

On Monday, September 29, Phypers, 53, filed a list of witnesses he plans to call to testify as part of the upcoming hearing next month.

Phypers list included Sheen, 60, with whom Richards, 54, was recently spotted posing on the red carpet for his Netflix documentary. Sheen and Richards were married from 2002 to 2006. The exes had a rocky breakup but appear to be on good terms at the moment.
