It’ll be the Blue Jays vs. the Blue Jays at the Rogers Centre this week as the team tries to stay sharp before their first playoff game.

The Jays are hosting intrasquad games Wednesday and Thursday at 4 p.m. and are urging their fans to wear their gear, head to the lower bowl, and cheer like the World Series is on the line to simulate a playoff-like atmosphere at the dome.

“Our fans have brought the energy to Rogers Centre all season long and we need them to keep bringing the noise. We want the team to be in game mode this week and the fans are the most important piece to making Rogers Centre feel like a game atmosphere,” m anager John Schneider said in a news release.
