The NFL has been hit with a fresh lawsuit, this latest one filed by Robert Cary McNair Jr., the brother of Houston Texans owner Cal McNair.
Robert, the son of the team’s late founder, is suing for over $100 million. He is being represented by Tony Buzbee, the lawyer who claimed to represent 120 alleged Diddy victims and over 20 alleged victims of Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson, who was with the Texans at the time.
Buzbee was also the attorney who represented the woman who sued Shannon Sharpe.
According to a press release from his law firm, he has overseen the filing of a suit in the New York Supreme Court against the NFL seeking compensation for “alleged tortious interference with contract.”
According to the statement, the Texans owner and the NFL allegedly worked together
