Tyrese Gibson is facing legal trouble over an incident involving his pets.

Atlanta police have issued an arrest warrant for the Fast and Furious star regarding an animal cruelty investigation, Fulton County Police Animal Services Captain Nicole Dwyer told WSB-TV Sept. 29 , after his large dogs allegedly attacked and killed a neighbor’s pet.

“It is negligence on his part as the homeowner and animal owner, just letting them roam free,” Dwyer told the outlet. “And now they have killed an innocent animal."
