Three months after Sean “Diddy” Combs was found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, the music mogul will be sentenced on Friday. While his lawyers have argued he should serve no more than 14 months in prison, which would see him walk free almost immediately, prosecutors have recommended he serve at least 11 years — nine short of the maximum sentence. Ahead of sentencing, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura — who testified at length during Diddy’s trial — submitted a victim impact statement asking Judge Arun Subramanian to hand down a sentence that “considers the truths at hand that the jury failed to see.”
In the letter, Ventura said she fears Combs or his associates will “come after” her if he walks free. “I have in fact moved my family out of the New York area
