It was hosted by LeVar Burton.
Reading Rainbow announced Monday that the show is "returning to motivate, help and encourage kids to become avid readers with new episodes, new friends, new projects, and of course...new books! Make sure to follow the rainbow."
Mychal Threets (Mychal the Librarian) will be the host, and celebrity guests will include Jamie Chung, Gabrielle Union, Adam DeVine, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend.
The show will begin streaming Oct. 4 on KidZuko, a Sony Pictures Television YouTube channel.
