‘Life Rolls On, a Show for the Kids’ raises $30,000 for Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals of Nebraska

SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - A local truck show is making a great impact on a regional hospital.

This weekend, event organizers of “Life Rolls On, a Show for the Kids,” gave the Madonna Foundation in Lincoln, Nebraska, a $30,000 check from this summer’s event.

This truck show happens every summer in June at the Tyson Event Center.

The show is dedicated to supporting the children’s side of Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals of Nebraska.

‘Life Rolls On, a Show for the Kids’ was started by JR Joy, who was inspired to create this fundraiser after spending time at the Madonna Rehabilitation Center following a single-vehicle accident back in 2016, where Joy broke his neck and back.
