JAMMU, SEPT30: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday lauded the vibrant energy of the youth of Jammu and Kashmir, urging them to become catalysts for change and nation-building. He was speaking at the valedictory function of ‘Viksit Bharat Ke Rang–Kala Ke Sang’ , an art-based youth engagement programme held in Jammu.

The event was jointly organised by the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA) and the Divisional Administration, Jammu. The LG addressed students from various schools and colleges who participated in the creative workshop, designed to inspire them to visualise and express their vision of a developed India through art.
