Amnicola Highway is closed in both directions due to a crash involving two vehicles on Tuesday.

It happened near the Pepsi Bottling Group in the 3600 block shortly before 2:00pm.

Chattanooga police are responding and say all lanes of the highway are closed at this time.

The names and conditions of the people involved have not been released.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
