(WJET/WFXP) – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is conducting a survey through October 21 to gather information on the public’s experiences with PennDOT and its services.

The survey asks members of the public how they think PennDOT does in maintaining and keeping the public aware of road conditions. It also asks about interactions that members of the public have had with PennDOT and which PennDOT websites (such as 511PA.com) they use for information.

PennDOT Secretary Mike Carroll said, “The PennDOT team is serving Pennsylvanians every day, and each year we look for feedback on what we’re doing well and could improve.”

Throughout 2025, PennDOT has worked on over 2,600 miles of road and over 230 bridges. Click here to take the survey.
