Cleveland Guardians center fielder Angel Martinez swatted enough of a Tarik Skubal pitch in Game 1 of the AL Wild Card Series to inflict some damage, just not the kind that led to runs scored.

Martinez fouled off a Skubal pitch in the bottom of the fourth inning that struck a camera behind the plate shattering it. The foul ball forced a brief delay — approximately five minutes — as the grounds crew cleaned up the shattered glass.

Martinez ultimately got on base on a soft single to the middle of the infield to give the Guardians a baserunner.
