Sentence handed down to duo who attempted to kidnap apartment property manager

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Two people have been sentenced to prison for their role in an attempted armed kidnapping and robbery of a St. Louis apartment property manager.

Emma M. Cunningham, 33, and Jervonz L. Williams, 49, both pleaded guilty in June to attempted kidnapping. Additionally, Cunningham pleaded guilty to transfer of a firearm to a convicted felon and making a false statement in connection with the purchase of a firearm. Williams also pleaded guilty to robbery and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Cunningham was sentenced to 112 months in prison, while Williams was sentenced to 225 months in prison.
