ST. PAUL, Min. & PROCTOR, Min. – After more than 30 years in the Minnesota National Guard, Army Col. Scott Rohweder has retired from uniformed service.
But he will be continuing his service as the Executive Director of the Minnesota Department of Military Affairs (DMA).
Rohweder served as the Chief of Staff of the Minnesota National Guard, where he provided strategic guidance and daily oversight for all major Guard operations across the state.
