The Tigers got just the outing they needed from ace Tarik Skubal, as he and Will Vest combined to shut down the Guardians in a 2-1 win in Game 1 of the American League Wild Card series on Tuesday afternoon. The Tigers just need one win in the remaining two games of the series to advance.
