A man suspected of murder in a deadly shooting outside a BJ's store in Dedham , Massachusetts, in June was arrested last week, prosecutors said.
State police tracked James Brown, 23, to a residence in Malden and arrested him Thursday morning, the Norfolk County District Attorney said. The Malden resident was brought to district court, held without bail and later indicted by a grand jury on charges of murder, armed assault with intent to murder, assault with and battery with a firearm and carrying a firearm without a license.

Brown is due to face the charges in Norfolk Superior Court Wednesday, prosecutors said. It wasn't immediately clear if he had an attorney.
He's the third person arrested in the June 25 shoot
