Mayor Eric Adams is so set against Zohran Mamdani taking his job that he’s warming up to the idea of supporting his one-time bitter electoral rival Andrew Cuomo, sources told The Post.

Adams, who dropped his likely doomed re-election bid Sunday, recently told his allies behind the scenes that they had his OK to support the ex-governor if they wanted, according to the sources.

Hizzoner also admitted to Post columnist Michael Goodwin that he “put out feelers” to Cuomo and GOP nominee Curtis Sliwa about a possible endorsement, and that he was “more inclined” to the career Democrat.

Adams said he was willing to bury the hatchet with Cuomo — whom he condemned as a “ snake and a liar ” barely a month ago — because the democratic socialist Mam
