CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – An intelligent power management company announced Tuesday its expansion of aerospace manufacturing operations in Charleston County with a $46 million investment.

Eaton plans to build a new facility adjacent to its current space at 7230 Cross County Road in North Charleston, creating 50 new jobs with the investment.

Once built, the facility will be home to production for complex hydraulic pumps and motors used by U.S. commercial and defense aerospace platforms.

Additionally, the space will reinforce local manufacturing, machining, assembly, and testing to support a new program win.
