Security at a swanky Las Vegas restaurant forcibly stopped an ICU nurse performing CPR on stricken Hallmark actor Michael Heslin , and threatened to call the cops on her while she tried to save his life, attorneys for his widower have told The Post.

Heslin, 30, died suddenly after suffering a heart attack during a birthday meal at Javier’s Restaurant at the ARIA Resort & Casino on the Strip in June 2024.

A new lawsuit filed by Heslin’s spouse Nicholas Wilson, better known as Scotty Dynamo, alleges that restaurant staff not only failed to intervene when it was clear the actor was having a medical emergency, but also directly interfered with a fellow diner — a trained medical professional — when she was helping him.
