The Albuquerque Journal & KOAT mayoral poll highlights crime and homelessness as the biggest issues facing Albuquerque, according to voters.
KOAT political analyst Brian Sanderoff says, "It's no surprise the two issues the mayoral candidates are focusing are the same two issues the voters are really concerned about and that is crime and homelessness. And these two issues from the voter perspective are related."
As crime was voiced as the top issue among voters in Albuquerque, many still feel somewhat safe in the city.
