LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - All of the nation’s mid section is under control of a large very warm and dry airmass. This large system will be very slow to move, and will provide our area with hot afternoons with low humidity. The dry air will allow for the daytime heat to radiate from the earth’s surface to space, bringing fairly cool dawns.
