A viral video meant as a funny prank has ignited fierce controversy and threats, with the building company’s director revealing how things spiralled out of control.

The video titled ‘A Day in the Life of an Apprentice’ posted on the company’s TikTok page shows 20-year-old apprentice Connor drilling a hole into concrete before a tradie blows it out with an air compressor.
Caught in a huge cloud of concrete dust, the apprentice is seen jolting back covering his face.
Zaatini said the video was intended as a joke, adding the company takes the risks posed by silica dust seriously.
