BUFFALO, N.Y. — With a potential federal government shutdown on the clock both Republicans and Democrats are refusing to give in on a new funding bill ahead of this D.C. deadline.

On Monday it was a failed high level negotiation on a C-R or continuing resolution bill to keep the federal government funded and functioning with the involvement of President Trump and top Democratic leaders including our state's Senator Chuck Schumer as Minority Leader.
