“Messy” singer Lola Young has notified fans that she is ‘going away for a while’ after she collapsed onstage at the All Things Go festival last weekend.

Bisexual singer Lola Young was performing at the All Things Go festival at the Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York (27 September), when social media videos appeared to show the 24-year-old taking a step backwards before collapsing on stage while performing “Conceited” from her second album This Wasn’t Meant For You Anyway .

She offered fans a health update shortly afterwards, and cancelled a subsequent festival appearance planned for Washington, DC, for the following day.

Young has now confirmed via an Instagram Post that she is “going away for a while” to focus on herself before returning to performing.
