Firefighters work to put out fire at Florence industrial building

Emergency crews responded to a fire at an industrial building in Florence Tuesday afternoon.

According to Florence Fire and Rescue, the fire started at an industrial building on the 4000 block of Parkway drive. Multiple fire trucks responded to the scene and found fire in a bailing machine inside the building.

Firefighters say three employees of the business were treated for smoke inhalation at the scene. One was taken to the hospital for treatment.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
