President Donald Trump mocked Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) on Tuesday after the two reportedly turned down a pair of “Trump 2028” hats during an Oval Office meeting.

During his meeting with the two Democratic leaders, Trump tried to give Schumer and Jeffries a pair of “Trump 2028” hats, which they refused , according to Punchbowl News senior congressional reporter Andrew Desiderio .
