HugABull Advocacy & Rescue Society is inviting the community to its annual Fall Fest Market this Saturday, Oct. 4, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Thunderbird Show Park.

The event promises a day of shopping, food, and family-friendly fun, all in support of local dog rescue efforts.

A special focus this year is Moira, a senior dog rescued from a shelter a month ago.

“Moira had mammary cancer and had been used for breeding. She’s had a couple of surgeries,” Guenther explained.

“She’s such a friendly, sweet girl. The moment she arrived, she jumped into my lap and snuggled up on the bed in her foster home.”

Moira’s story will be featured in a raffle to help fund her ongoing care, including dental work.
