Northern LIght Health to close Waterville clinic operations

WATERVILLE - Northern Light Health will end additional healthcare services in Waterville following the closure of Northern Light Inland Hospital earlier this year.

Walk-in care services in Waterville managed by Northern Light Mercy Hospital will close by the end of the calendar year.

Northern Light Health says when the hospital closed its doors, the Waterville walk-in care location was kept open to area patients to ensure access to care as they transitioned to new providers and services.

The system says patient care numbers are declining at the clinic as patients move to other providers, but a care team will be available to assist area patients with medication management, primary care connections, and other needs as the clinic ceases operations.
