It could be the most Aussie thing you'll see today - a deadly snake wrapped up under a ute that's parked at Kiama Blowhole with tourists watching a man wrangling the uncooperative reptile.
The venomous red-bellied black snake had wound its way under the ute's tray, and it did not want to be removed.
When Illawarra Snake Catcher 's Glen Peacock received the call for help on Sunday, September 28, he was a 15-minute drive away, but by the time he arrived, a crowd of tentative tourists had gathered.
"The people were from Sydney, but they were camping in Nowra, and one of the kids got out of the car and noticed part of the snake hanging out of the car," he said of the ute's occupants.
