Welcome to October! It sure feels like fall weather in the Philadelphia region, and it will for a few days, thanks to an area of high pressure that moved in from the north and brought cooler, drier air down from Canada to the Northeast.

Break out the sweatshirts, maybe even the light jackets in the morning as temperatures start in the 50s to near 60 on Wednesday, with widespread 40s and low 50s by Thursday and Friday morning.

A breeze has swept Tuesday's cloud cover from Imelda away as the storm and Humberto continue to churn off the coast. We'll have clear skies during this cool spell, clouding up a bit on Friday.
