Nick Dorn actually suffered an injury, a Jones fracture in his foot, at Elon and already underwent one procedure to correct it, before requiring a second to fully heal.

Dorn averaged 15.2 points and 3.8 rebounds per game last season at Elon. He averaged 35.1% from behind the 3-point line, on 194 attempts.

Dorn is athletic and strong, to the point coach Darian DeVries joked he may end up on the football team.
