Scottish Equity Partners (SEP) has announced changes to its senior leadership team, effective 1 October.

Calum Paterson, who has been managing partner since co-founding the firm in 2000, is moving to the role of chair and senior partner.

A former chair of the BVCA, the firm has raised seven funds and managed investments in over 160 businesses during his tenure. He has led SEP’s transition from an initial focus on venture capital to become a UK and European equity investor in enterprise software and technology companies.

Angus Conroy and Keith Davidson are now being appointed as co-managing partners.
