CHICAGO (WLS) -- Over the past several weeks, we've been looking at ways to improve cognitive health, specifically for people living with Alzheimer's.

A US Pointer study conducted in Chicago and funded by the Alzheimer's Association is giving doctors more insight.

Doctor Thomas Holland, a researcher with the Rush Institute joined ABC7 to talk about what lifestyle modifications were studied and who can benefit from lifestyle changes.
