The Center for Sight & Hearing will host its Dining In The Dark event Nov. 13 at the Radisson Convention Center in Rockford.
The dinner-focused fundraiser offers attendees a chance to experience how someone with little to no vision performs everyday tasks such as eating and drinking, according to a community announcement.
The event will feature a cocktail hour, live music, an interactive low vision obstacle course, a four-course meal and a cash wine pull. There will also be a live auction selling original artwork created by center staff, volunteers and patients.
