A 33-year-old man accused of gunning down a Wildomar resident and seriously wounding a woman in the victim’s home, as well as endangering a child at the location, is slated to be arraigned Wednesday on first-degree murder and other charges.
David Rodolfo Jimenez Osornio of Wildomar was arrested last month following a Riverside County Sheriff’s Department investigation.
Along with murder, Osornio is charged with attempted murder, making criminal threats, child endangerment and sentence-enhancing gun and great bodily injury allegations.
The defendant made his initial court appearance on Sept. 17, when he was appointed a public defender. Superior Court Judge Judith Clark set his arraignment for Oct. 1 at the Southwest Justice Center in Murrieta.
He’s being held in lieu of $1 million bail
