AZ GOP Rep. John Gillette: US congresswoman should be 'hanged'

Arizona state Rep. John Gillette said he used a "poor choice of word" when he said on social media that a Washington congresswoman should be "tried convicted and hanged" for what he described as advocating "for the overthrow of the American government."

"I should have said 'firing squad,'" the Kingman Republican told The Arizona Republic.
