ATLANTA — Brian Snitker will not return as manager of the Atlanta Braves, but he will remain with the organization in a senior advisory role, the team announced on Wednesday.
Snitker, 69, managed the team for nine full seasons and has been with the organization for 49 years. He led the team to the Braves' fourth World Series title in 2021.
Snitker compiled an 811-668 record, trailing only Bobby Cox and Frank Selee in total wins.
The Braves finished with 76 wins in 2025, a full 20 games behind first-place Philadelphia in the National League East.
